Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Techno-Functional Treasury Support Developer specializing in Fusion Kondor BO (K+TP) to join our dynamic team at Integrated Solutions Tawantech. Key Responsibilities

• System Configuration and Customization: Develop, configure, and customize Fusion Kondor BO modules to align with treasury business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to industry standards.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level technical support for treasury-related issues, diagnosing and resolving complex problems within the Fusion Kondor environment to minimize operational disruptions.
• Functional Analysis and Process Improvement: Collaborate with treasury teams to analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose technical solutions that enhance productivity and accuracy.
• Integration and Data Management: Facilitate seamless integration between Fusion Kondor and other financial systems, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• User Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users and stakeholders, while creating detailed documentation to support system usage and best practices.
• Project Participation: Contribute to treasury-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure all technical implementations and configurations comply with organizational policies, industry regulations, and security standards to safeguard sensitive financial data.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a combination of technical proficiency and treasury domain knowledge. The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CTP) are a plus.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in treasury operations, with hands-on expertise in Fusion Kondor BO (K+TP) or similar treasury management systems.
• Strong technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, or other programming languages, with the ability to develop and optimize system functionalities.
• In-depth knowledge of treasury processes, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, risk management, and financial instruments.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and treasury departments.
