Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Techno-Functional - Fusion Kondor FO - Treasury Support Developer to join our dynamic team at Integrated Solutions Tawantech in Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the bridge between technical and functional domains, leveraging your expertise in Fusion Kondor FO to provide exceptional treasury support. Your responsibilities will encompass analyzing, configuring, and optimizing treasury systems to ensure seamless operational performance, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions tailored to the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities

• System Configuration & Optimization: Configure, customize, and enhance Fusion Kondor FO treasury modules to align with business requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and performance. This includes setting up workflows, rules, and integrations to support treasury operations.
• Functional Analysis & Support: Conduct in-depth functional analysis of treasury processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improvement. Provide expert guidance to end-users on system functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and implementing best practices.
• Technical Integration & Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications for system enhancements or integrations. Ensure seamless communication between business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• User Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users, empowering them to utilize Fusion Kondor FO effectively. Create detailed documentation, including user manuals, process guides, and FAQs, to facilitate knowledge transfer and reduce dependency on support.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, internal policies, and industry best practices within treasury operations. Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to implement controls, validate system configurations, and mitigate potential risks.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance, gather feedback from stakeholders, and proactively recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience. Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation within treasury operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in treasury management, ERP systems, or financial technology are highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Fusion Kondor FO treasury modules, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, or other scripting languages is a plus.
• Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, risk management, and financial instruments. Experience in the banking or financial services sector is advantageous.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical, efficient solutions.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven experience in training, mentoring, and fostering collaborative work environments.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is beneficial.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
