Role Summary

The Health Representative is dedicated to driving Pfizer's brand growth by delivering science-based promotional content and enhancing customer experience within their allocated territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) with tailored promotional messages that support patient needs.
• Provide a wide range of content, including disease state information.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for compliant, reactive connections to Pfizer's subject matter experts and resources.
• Onboard customers to Pfizer's operating model and digital platforms.
• Curate ideal customer experiences through relevant content selection based on customer preferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in a multinational organization.
• Strong business acumen and customer focus.
• Effective selling and presentation skills, both virtually and in-person.
• Digital learning agility.
• Proven teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Sound understanding of compliance and integrity principles.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Proven sales achievement record.
• Knowledge of the cardiovascular therapeutic area, promoted products, and competitors.
• Basic computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite.
