We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer II to join our partner company’s team in Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in delivering secure, reliable, and scalable technology solutions that drive client success. The position blends hands-on engineering expertise with full project ownership, focusing on the implementation of Microsoft cloud, infrastructure, and security solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and technical stakeholders to execute complex technology initiatives from initial planning to final delivery. Key Responsibilities

The Project Engineer II will independently manage and execute technology projects while ensuring successful delivery, adherence to quality standards, and exceptional client outcomes. The role demands a well-rounded skill set encompassing technical implementation, project coordination, documentation, and proactive problem-solving. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Project Leadership: Lead the implementation of client technology projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, quality expectations, and overarching business objectives.
• Microsoft Technology Deployment: Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot a range of Microsoft cloud, security, endpoint management, and infrastructure technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Defender, Sentinel, Purview, and Entra ID.
• Security and Compliance Implementation: Develop and deploy Microsoft security and compliance solutions with a focus on endpoint protection, identity security, threat detection, monitoring, and data governance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with project managers, engineers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and implementation to troubleshooting and final handoff.
• Security Enhancement: Support initiatives aimed at improving security by implementing configuration changes, security policies, and technology enhancements to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities.
• Documentation and Knowledge Management: Create and maintain precise technical documentation, including implementation notes, knowledge base articles, and as-built documentation to ensure clarity and continuity.
• Risk Identification and Solution Recommendation: Proactively identify technical risks, security gaps, and process improvement opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to enhance project outcomes.
• Technical Mentorship: Share technical expertise and best practices with internal teams to elevate project delivery capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Client Satisfaction and Solution Reliability: Ensure that completed solutions meet and exceed client expectations while contributing to long-term operational reliability and security.
• Project Performance Tracking: Maintain high project performance standards through accurate time tracking, meticulous documentation, and consistent client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will be a technically proficient IT professional with a proven track record in delivering infrastructure and Microsoft-focused projects within consulting, managed services, or client environments. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role.

• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting IT infrastructure and Microsoft technology projects.
• Collaboration: Experience working effectively within distributed or remote teams in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Extensive hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft cloud, security, endpoint, and infrastructure solutions.
• Security Expertise: Proven experience implementing Microsoft security technologies, including Intune, Defender, Sentinel, Purview, and Entra ID security features.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting or project-based environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting abilities, and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
