Program Manager (Saudi Arabia)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager to support the strategic transformation of our organization in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering complex programs that align with our organizational strategy and target operating model.

• Support the planning and delivery of strategic transformation programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, business units, and external consultants to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and prepare comprehensive status updates for management.
• Ensure projects align with our organizational strategy and target operating model.
• Assist in developing business cases and project scopes.
• Support the design of operating models and organizational structures.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to drive consensus and action.

To excel in this role, you will possess strong communication and presentation skills, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet is essential. Additionally, you will have a proven track record of managing stakeholders and external vendors, along with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Preferred candidates will have experience in large-scale business transformation or change management, knowledge of Project Management Consultant (PMC) environments, and familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.

We require candidates to hold a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, with PgMP (Program Management Professional) or CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) certifications being highly desirable.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (MBA is a plus), Computer Science, Information Systems, or Systems Engineering.
