We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cybersecurity Defense & Assurance Manager to spearhead our organization’s cybersecurity posture, ensuring resilience against evolving threats while driving proactive defense strategies. In this pivotal role, you will lead our cybersecurity defense efforts, overseeing threat intelligence, incident response, and security assurance activities to fortify our digital infrastructure and mitigate risks before they escalate.

As the Cybersecurity Defense & Assurance Manager, your responsibilities will be both challenging and impactful. You will lead a high-performing team in monitoring and detecting emerging threats, leveraging advanced analytics and threat intelligence to stay ahead of adversaries. Your leadership will be critical in coordinating incident response efforts, ensuring swift containment, eradication, and recovery from cyber incidents while minimizing business disruption. You will also drive the continuous improvement of our threat detection and response capabilities, adapting to the ever-changing threat landscape to maintain a robust security posture.

Your expertise will extend to digital forensics investigations, where you will analyze malicious activities, system vulnerabilities, and exploitation techniques to support incident recovery and strengthen our defenses. Additionally, you will lead security assurance initiatives, optimizing our cybersecurity frameworks and processes to safeguard critical assets across the organization. Clear and concise communication will be key as you translate complex security findings and risk assessments into actionable insights for leadership and IT teams, facilitating timely remediation and alignment with business objectives.

To excel in this role, you will oversee the strategic planning and execution of Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), Red Teaming exercises, and configuration reviews across all company assets, ensuring comprehensive security validation and continuous improvement. Your ability to synthesize threat intelligence, conduct proactive threat hunting, and implement risk-based decision-making will be instrumental in elevating our cybersecurity resilience.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on defense and assurance. Your background should include expertise in security monitoring and detection engineering, incident response leadership, and crisis management. A Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
