IS/IT Manager - Nespresso, Jeddah

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IS/IT Manager to join our team at Nespresso, Jeddah. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing our organization's information technology (IT) and information systems (IS) activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, with a proven track record of driving IT strategies that align with business objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing IT strategies that support our business goals and drive operational efficiency.
• Managing IT projects and ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT department, including hardware, software, and network maintenance.
• Ensuring the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.
• Managing IT budgets and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IS/IT Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
