Senior Manager - Product Owner

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Manager - Product Owner to lead the development, governance, and continuous enhancement of our Data & AI products. In this pivotal role, you will drive the product vision, align stakeholder priorities, and ensure the realization of business value through data-driven transformation initiatives. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap development to execution and adoption, while fostering collaboration across business, technology, design, and data teams. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and maintain the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Data & AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and long-term transformation goals.
• Portfolio Management: Prioritize and manage a diverse portfolio of data, AI, analytics, and digital products, balancing business impact, strategic alignment, and resource allocation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, business units, technology teams, and data specialists to drive consensus on priorities and strategic direction.
• Product Lifecycle Oversight: Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, release management, and delivery timelines, while ensuring adherence to budgets and expected business outcomes.
• Risk and Roadblock Resolution: Identify and mitigate strategic delivery risks, proactively addressing challenges to ensure seamless execution and value realization.
• User-Centric Design: Champion user research, journey mapping, and usability assessments to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-value user experiences that drive product adoption and engagement.
• Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce product governance standards, operating procedures, and quality metrics, ensuring compliance with Data Governance, PDPL, security, and organizational policies.
• Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Product Management professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Methodology and Standards: Develop and implement product management methodologies, templates, and best practices to elevate organizational capabilities and drive consistency across initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of strategic acumen, technical expertise, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on Data Products, Analytics, or AI-related domains.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise-scale product portfolios, demonstrating the ability to deliver complex, high-impact solutions.
• Deep understanding of Data & AI platforms, governance frameworks, analytics, and digital transformation strategies.
• Professional certifications in Product Management, Agile methodologies, Project Management, or Change Management are highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a passion for driving innovation and business value through technology.
