Key Responsibilities

As the Senior Manager - Delivery Audit, your core responsibilities will include leading and overseeing the delivery audit function to assess the effectiveness of project execution, adherence to contractual obligations, and alignment with strategic objectives. Your duties will encompass:

• Audit Leadership: Spearhead the development and implementation of robust audit frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to ensure comprehensive and systematic evaluations of project delivery processes.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in project delivery, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership for proactive risk management.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or ACCA is highly desirable.
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in audit, risk management, or compliance, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role within a corporate or investment environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in audit software, data analytics tools, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Strong knowledge of audit standards, regulatory frameworks, and risk management principles.
• Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
