Qualifications and Experience

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) is required. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are highly desirable.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership position, preferably within the industrial, construction, or energy sectors.
