The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with a focus on residential construction.

The role involves managing and overseeing all aspects of civil construction for residential projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This includes site supervision, coordination with contractors, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee civil construction activities for residential projects.
• Coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and RAWAJ's quality and safety protocols.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and as-built drawings.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure construction progress aligns with project plans and schedules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in civil construction, with a focus on residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software.
