We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Country Manager in the Damman, Saudi Arabia office of American Bureau of Shipping.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and growing a business in the region, with a deep understanding of the local market and industry trends. The role involves strategic planning, business development, and operational management to ensure the success of our company's operations in the country.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Managing and mentoring local teams to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Monitoring and reporting on business performance and market trends.
• Collaborating with regional and global teams to align strategies and share best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree would be an asset.
• Proven experience as a Country Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the maritime or engineering industries.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel as required.
