The Supply Chain Manager is a critical role responsible for leading the hospital's end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring the timely availability of medical and non-medical supplies, and driving operational excellence.

• Oversee procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution activities to maintain continuous supply of essential medical and non-medical items.
• Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service quality.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels, supplier performance, purchasing activities, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize supply chain performance.
• Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and vendor relationship management to ensure high-quality products, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.
• Ensure strict adherence to procurement policies, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and hospital procedures.

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or inventory management. Healthcare or hospital experience is preferred.
