Personal Assistant

As a Personal Assistant, you will be the driving force behind the smooth operation of the Chairman's personal and professional life. Your responsibilities will span from managing complex schedules and travel arrangements to overseeing personal assets and staff. You will serve as a trusted point of contact, ensuring clear communication and professionalism in all aspects of your role.

• Manage the Chairman's personal calendar, appointments, and daily schedule
• Coordinate personal and family travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
• Handle personal and family-related requests and administrative tasks
• Oversee the schedules and requirements of the Chairman's personal employees
• Manage personal assets, properties, and related matters
• Review and organize personal financial documents and correspondence
• Protect the confidentiality of all personal and family-related information
• Perform other personal or administrative duties as assigned

To excel in this role, you should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant. Strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in Arabic and English. A valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
