Tamheer Training Program

The Insurance Authority is delighted to announce the opening of applications for its Tamheer Training Program, designed to provide qualified graduates with a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional environment while applying their academic knowledge within the insurance sector.

As a Tamheer trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to business and analytical activities, and developing the technical and professional skills necessary to support your transition into the workforce.

We welcome applications from graduates with backgrounds in Finance, Accounting, Insurance, Management Information Systems (MIS), and Industrial Engineering.

As a Tamheer Trainee, your responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Supporting financial analysis activities by collecting, reviewing, and validating financial data.
• Assisting in preparing reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries to support decision-making.
• Supporting the review of financial statements, reports, and related documents.
• Assisting in monitoring data accuracy and identifying inconsistencies in reports.
• Supporting business process improvement initiatives and operational analysis.
• Assisting in organizing, documenting, and maintaining records and reports.
• Supporting data collection and analysis for operational and supervisory activities.
• Contributing to preparing presentations and management reports.
• Assisting in coordinating meetings, tracking action items, and maintaining documentation.
• Collaborating with different departments to support analytical and operational tasks.
• Participating in process improvement projects and suggesting opportunities to enhance efficiency.
• Supporting the use of systems and digital tools to improve reporting and workflow processes.

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in one of the relevant majors, meet the requirements of the Tamheer Program, have a good academic record, demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and be available for full-time training.
