As an Engineer, Operation at Saudi Kayan, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing our plant operations to meet production targets and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day operations and technical support to maintain plant efficiency and economics.
• Lead plant debottlenecking, commissioning, and optimization to enhance performance and track key yield parameters.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, including SHEM/OMS and applicable local and international standards.
• Reporting: Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, including operating conditions, quality and productivity reports, and environmental reports.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve operational issues, monitor production quality, and initiate troubleshooting tasks that require cross-departmental collaboration.
• Planning: Prepare production plans, coordinate with business planning, and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
• Modifications, Projects & Capex: Conduct PHA and HAZOP studies for MOC packages, coordinate modification implementation, review design packages, lead CAPEX projects, and coordinate business development with SABIC T&I.
• Safety: Participate in accident/incident investigation committees, conduct risk assessments, and perform PSSRs as required.
• Plant Performance: Participate in SOP reviews, ensure plant sustainability performance, advise on waste management, and improve production costs.
