Omexom Saudi, our subsidiary based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, specializes in electricity transmission networks and electrical substations. We deliver EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts and advanced inspection and maintenance services to ensure the highest reliability of installations and minimize downtime.

Your Role

Reporting directly to the Country Manager of Omexom Saudi, you will oversee the financial and administrative responsibilities of your scope, including legal, social, and tax aspects. Your mission will encompass ensuring compliance with the Group’s accounting, social, fiscal, and administrative regulations, while maintaining the integrity and reliability of financial, analytical, and accounting information. You will be responsible for quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial closings, as well as monitoring fiscal issues, controlling permanent establishments, and managing local project participations.

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Budgetary tracking of operations and legal disputes;
• Managing foreign exchange coverage, fund repatriation, and local banking relationships;
• Overseeing the implementation of guarantees and agreements;
• Ensuring high-quality service delivery both internally and externally, including interactions with auditors, the Parent Company, and third parties.

Your Profile

You hold a higher education degree in accounting or finance (Business School, DECF, or a Master’s in Accounting/Finance) and have at least five years of proven experience in the industrial sector, preferably in an international context. Your background has equipped you with strong expertise in legal, fiscal, and social matters.

Fluency in English and Arabic is essential, and geographic mobility is required. Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese will be considered an asset. Prior experience with VINCI Energies would be a significant advantage.
