EEMEA Marketing Manager - TMTT

Join our Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit in its mission to revolutionize the treatment landscape for patients with mitral and tricuspid heart valve disease. We are seeking a dynamic and agile Marketing Manager to drive regional product launches, therapy development initiatives, and commercialization activities for our innovative TMTT portfolio.

In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with field clinical specialists, professional education, global portfolio marketing, regulatory, business partners, and other teams to navigate early-stage, fast-evolving markets within a complex structural heart environment. Your entrepreneurial spirit and cultural intelligence will be invaluable in capturing opportunities and addressing market barriers.

• Strategic & Market Development: Develop and execute annual regional marketing plans, adapt global strategies, drive market and therapy development initiatives, and analyze data to guide portfolio and investment decisions.
• Product Launch & Commercialization: Lead major product launches, develop launch strategies and tactical plans, ensure Salesforce readiness, and create regional clinical and value narratives.
• Stakeholder & KOL Engagement: Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), collaborate with clinicians and stakeholders, and partner with regional teams for aligned execution.
• Portfolio Marketing Materials, Compliance & Congress: Tailor regional marketing materials, drive compliance approvals, and lead major projects related to Congress Management.
• Budget & Project Management: Manage regional marketing budgets, lead complex cross-functional projects, monitor performance, and work in close collaboration with the Professional Education team.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of related experience, along with experience in medical devices, cardiovascular therapies, or complex hospital environments. A strong start-up mindset and proven experience in market development and portfolio marketing, particularly in emerging regions, are essential.
