Tharwah Technologies, a dynamic tech company, seeks a strategic Digital Product Growth Lead to drive the commercial success of our digital platform portfolio. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned professional who can transform technically ready products into commercially proven platforms.

As the Digital Product Growth Lead, you will orchestrate the full go-to-market journey, from positioning and pricing to demand generation, customer activation, retention, and revenue growth. You will bridge the gap between product, marketing, sales, and customer success, while building and leading a lean, AI-enabled growth function.

• Responsibilities:
• Define product positioning, pricing, packaging, and launch strategies.
• Build and manage demand-generation channels across Saudi and GCC markets.
• Own qualified pipeline creation and revenue-growth performance.
• Establish and optimize website, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics infrastructure.
• Develop sales enablement materials for founder-led and relationship-based selling.
• Lead customer onboarding, activation, retention, and feedback loops.
• Manage and scale a lean growth pod based on commercial milestones.
• Sequence the launch of Tharwah’s digital platforms based on market readiness and opportunity.

Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS, digital platforms, product marketing, or growth. Proven track record of launching products and owning revenue or pipeline targets. Strong knowledge of AI-enabled GTM tools and modern growth technology. Good understanding of Saudi and GCC enterprise buyers, preferably within HR or government-adjacent sectors. Fluency in Arabic and English. Ability to operate strategically and hands-on within a lean, fast-moving environment.

Required Skills: Experience in B2B SaaS and digital platforms. Product marketing and growth expertise. Knowledge of AI-enabled GTM tools. Understanding of Saudi and GCC markets. Fluency in Arabic and English.

Preferred Skills: Experience in HR or government-adjacent sectors. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
