Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role responsible for:

• Supporting day-to-day HR operations across the organization.
• Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintaining accurate HR records and assisting with policy implementation and communication.
• Administering employee benefits and responding to HR-related inquiries.
• Supporting employee relations activities and facilitating positive workplace interactions.
• Preparing HR reports and supporting performance management processes.
• Collaborating with managers to ensure compliance with company standards and local labor regulations.

Candidates should possess:

• Proven HR Management and HR skills, with experience supporting daily HR operations.
• Benefits Administration skills, with the ability to manage employee benefit programs and related documentation.
• Employee Relations expertise, focusing on creating a respectful, supportive, and compliant work environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in HR documentation.
• Proficiency in English, with Arabic language skills being an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems or HRIS tools.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in an HR support or coordination role, ideally within fast-moving consumer goods or a related industry.
