Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant at Damas Jewellery, your primary objective is to transform prospective clients into loyal customers while consistently exceeding sales targets. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, maintaining operational standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Sales Excellence: Achieve and surpass individual and store-wide sales targets as outlined by management.
• Customer Engagement: Build and nurture client portfolios by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
• Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Damas’ product offerings, as well as competitor products, to provide informed recommendations.
• Service Standards: Uphold Damas’ high standards of customer service by adhering to the Damas Service Excellence (DSCE) framework, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
• Stock Management: Maintain 100% stock accuracy through meticulous inventory control and organization.
• Client-Centric Approach: Tailor your sales approach to align with each client’s unique needs, motivations, and preferences.
• Objection Handling: Skillfully address customer concerns and negotiate effectively to close sales.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Competencies

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Minimum qualification of a Senior High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality sectors.
• Product Knowledge: General understanding of jewellery and luxury goods, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Core Skills:
