Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Management: Direct and mentor the HR team to ensure operational excellence, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, company policies, and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and maintaining legal integrity.
• Talent Acquisition and Development: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, onboarding, performance management, and career development initiatives to attract, retain, and empower top talent.
• Government Portal Coordination: Manage interactions with key government platforms, including GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, and WPS, ensuring seamless processing and adherence to statutory obligations.
• Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve workplace conflicts, enforce disciplinary actions fairly, and cultivate a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals, focusing on workforce planning, organizational structure, and long-term talent sustainability.
• Saudization and Nationalization: Actively support and drive initiatives to enhance workforce nationalization, fostering diversity and inclusion while meeting regulatory quotas.
• Payroll and Documentation: Oversee payroll coordination, ensure accurate HR documentation, and maintain compliance with labor and tax regulations.
• Culture and Engagement: Foster a high-performance culture by promoting employee well-being, recognition programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating expertise in HR operations, compliance, and workforce management.
• Leadership: Proven track record of leading an HR team, driving process improvements, and achieving measurable results in talent management and organizational development.
• Regulatory Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, government HR portals, and compliance frameworks to ensure seamless adherence and risk mitigation.
• Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with leadership, employees, and external stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a significant advantage.
• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Ability to navigate complex HR challenges with strategic foresight and emotional intelligence.
