Corporate Engagement Program Manager – Microsoft (Dammam)

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Corporate Engagement (CE) Program Manager to join Microsoft’s team in Dammam. Key Responsibilities

As a Corporate Engagement Program Manager, your core responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Program Development: Lead the creation and execution of corporate engagement programs tailored to the unique demands of the Dammam market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with Microsoft’s broader business objectives and regional priorities.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between Microsoft, corporate clients, government entities, and industry partners. Build and nurture long-term relationships to drive collaborative opportunities and ensure program success.
• Innovation and Transformation: Identify emerging trends in technology and corporate engagement to propose innovative solutions that enhance client value. Champion digital transformation initiatives that empower businesses to leverage Microsoft’s cutting-edge platforms and services.
• Program Execution and Governance: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of corporate engagement programs, from planning and budgeting to monitoring and evaluation. Implement robust governance frameworks to ensure transparency, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain KPIs to assess program performance. Generate comprehensive reports for senior leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration: Mentor and guide a high-performing team of program coordinators and specialists. Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring the following qualifications and competencies:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in program management, corporate engagement, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Prior experience in the technology sector or with enterprise clients is highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, cloud computing, and digital transformation frameworks. Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira), and data analytics platforms is advantageous.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from executives to technical teams. Demonstrated problem-solving acumen and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Regional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Saudi market, including cultural nuances, regulatory landscape, and business practices. Fluency in Arabic and English is required; additional languages are a valuable asset.
