Position Overview

Future Pipe Industries is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Dammam. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing and managing projects within the unit, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully executing complex projects in the industrial or manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. Ensure all projects are executed in accordance with predefined objectives and industry best practices.
• Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability among team members. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure project milestones are met.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including internal departments, clients, and external partners. Maintain transparent communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Risk Management and Problem-Solving: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions. Address challenges proactively and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to specifications.
• Budget and Resource Optimization: Monitor project expenditures and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of company assets. Provide accurate forecasting and cost-control measures to prevent budget overruns.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed progress reports, including performance metrics, risks, and recommendations. Maintain accurate records of project activities, decisions, and outcomes for future reference.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive project management experience, preferably in the industrial, manufacturing, or construction sectors. Experience in the pipe or related industries is a strong advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and software. Familiarity with ERP systems and industry-specific software is beneficial.
• Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Organizational and Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
