We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate General Practitioner Physician to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to balance clinical responsibilities with the flexibility to work from home when appropriate. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional primary care services to our diverse community of trainees and staff.

Your Impact Will Be Significant

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive primary care services, ensuring the health and well-being of our trainees and employees. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing Outpatient Consultations: Conduct thorough clinical assessments, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions with precision and care.
• Prescribing and Managing Treatments: Prescribe appropriate medications, order and interpret diagnostic investigations, and oversee ongoing patient management to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Collaborating with Healthcare Teams: Work seamlessly with nursing professionals and allied health specialists to deliver coordinated, high-quality patient care, including triage and follow-up services.
• Promoting Health and Wellness: Lead health promotion initiatives, preventive care programs, and vaccination campaigns to foster a culture of proactive health management within our organization.
• Emergency Response and Preparedness: Act as a critical responder during on-site health emergencies, ensuring swift and effective interventions to protect our community.
• Educating and Training: Contribute to health education and staff training, sharing your expertise in basic medical topics to enhance the overall well-being of our workforce.
• Ensuring Compliance and Documentation: Maintain meticulous medical records and utilize electronic health record systems to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to local health regulations.
• Collaborating Externally: Partner with external healthcare providers and regulatory bodies to align our practices with the highest standards of medical care and professional ethics.

• Occupational Health Experience: (Preferred) Prior experience in occupational health or healthcare within educational or institutional settings will be highly valued.

Additionally, you will possess:

• A valid medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution, along with a current license or registration to practice as a General Practitioner in Saudi Arabia (or the ability to obtain it).
• Proficient use of electronic health record systems to ensure accurate and efficient medical documentation.
