Senior CRM Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior CRM Executive to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our customer relationship management (CRM) structure, ensuring seamless customer placement, upgrades, and performance measurement. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our Customer Management Team (CMT), while also contributing to strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and market research.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior CRM Executive will play a critical role in enhancing the overall performance of the CMT by setting and monitoring targets in collaboration with the CRM Manager and Country Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performance Management: Establish and track CMT targets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Regularly monitor performance against these targets to identify areas for improvement and drive productivity.
• Data Analysis and Integrity: Conduct continuous and in-depth data analysis to assess the station’s performance and status. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer data within the CRM system to support informed decision-making.
• Market Research and Growth Initiatives: Lead market research efforts to gather actionable insights that will drive business growth and process improvements. Utilize this data to enhance customer satisfaction and deliver tailored solutions to meet special requirements.
• Brand and Reputation Management: Monitor and report any information that could impact the company’s image or brand reputation. Proactively address issues to maintain a positive public perception.
• Team Evaluation and Development: Assess and evaluate the performance of the CRM team, providing constructive feedback and guidance to foster professional growth and operational excellence.
• Account Management: Oversee account management processes, including account opening and generation, in collaboration with the CMT. Ensure adherence to established procedures and compliance standards.
• Scheduling and Reporting: Monitor the CMT’s visitation schedules and processes to ensure timely execution. Prepare and deliver monthly revenue reports against targets to the CMT and Country Manager. Additionally, organize monthly competitions to boost production and motivate the team.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in CRM, marketing, or a closely related discipline.
• Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with a keen eye for detail and process optimization.
• Proficiency in CRM software and data management tools is highly desirable.
