In this pivotal role, you will oversee Lucid’s security operations with precision and strategic foresight, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and seamless coordination across our global facilities. As the central point of contact for security-related administrative activities, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our assets, personnel, and proprietary processes while fostering a culture of security excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will span a broad spectrum of security administration, requiring both analytical rigor and collaborative leadership:

• Comprehensive Security Coordination: Lead the administration of security protocols, policies, and documentation, ensuring strict adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance in all security-related records, reports, and communications.
• Technical Security Systems Management: Oversee the maintenance, upgrades, and operational integrity of access control systems, CCTV networks, and other security technologies. Coordinate vendor relationships, procurement processes, and inventory management to ensure optimal functionality and reliability of security infrastructure.
• Compliance and Auditing: Support security compliance programs by facilitating audits, inspections, and assessments. Develop and implement corrective actions to address findings, ensuring ongoing alignment with industry regulations and internal security policies.
• Vendor and Contract Management: Manage security procurement activities, including vendor negotiations, contract administration, budget tracking, and performance evaluations. Maintain meticulous records of service agreements, inventory, and contractor compliance to streamline operations.
• Training and Awareness Programs: Administer security training initiatives for employees, contractors, and visitors, ensuring comprehensive onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing awareness programs. Track training records and compliance metrics to foster a security-conscious workforce.
• Event and Access Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison for security arrangements during high-profile events, executive visits, and site activities. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless access control, visitor management, and operational security.
• Workforce and Operational Support: Maintain staffing records, schedules, and operational action items for Security Operations, SOC, and Technical Security teams. Facilitate cross-departmental communication with HR, Facilities, and Manufacturing to align security protocols with broader organizational goals.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop and present security dashboards, KPI reports, and management metrics to support strategic planning and continuous improvement. Leverage data analytics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and enhance security protocols.
• Proactive Problem-Solving: Execute additional duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and initiative to address evolving security challenges and operational needs.
