Key Responsibilities

As the Project Management Officer, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with project managers to develop and refine project plans, ensuring alignment with InspiringSOL’s strategic goals and operational objectives.
• Resource and Timeline Management: Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking to maintain project momentum and meet critical deadlines.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate transparent communication between cross-functional teams, leadership, and external partners to ensure stakeholder alignment and issue resolution.
• Risk and Performance Analysis: Identify potential risks, analyze project performance metrics, and implement corrective actions to mitigate challenges and optimize outcomes.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, dashboards, and status reports to provide real-time insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a proven track record in project management, equipped with the following qualifications:

• Project and Program Management Expertise: Extensive experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Analytical and Financial Acumen: Skilled in budgeting, cost tracking, and performance analysis to ensure projects remain viable and impactful.
• Exceptional Communication: Ability to articulate complex project details clearly, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences, including leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Industry-Relevant Experience: Preference for candidates with experience in the food, FMCG, or related industries, where project management plays a critical role in supply chain and commercial operations.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms, along with advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is a significant advantage.
