Store Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive operational excellence while delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for achieving company objectives by ensuring that our retail staff delivers outstanding service, meets sales targets, and maintains the highest standards of professionalism. Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Performance Management: Set and communicate clear daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to the retail team, providing guidance and motivation to ensure consistent achievement. Develop and implement creative strategies to exceed sales expectations while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Customer Experience and Loyalty: Champion the company’s Loyalty Program to drive repeat business and enhance customer retention. Ensure staff are well-versed in program benefits and actively promote its value to customers. Maintain a customer-centric approach to foster long-term relationships and brand loyalty.
• Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and mentor retail staff, including managing daily rosters, leave requests, and addressing grievances promptly. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to cultivate a high-performing team. Ensure all team members adhere to company and brand policies at all times.
• Operational Excellence: Implement and enforce operating procedures in alignment with company and brand standards. Oversee end-to-end store operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and visual merchandising to maintain optimal product presentation and availability. Conduct weekly audits of store administration to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Product Knowledge and Trend Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest product launches, fashion trends, and brand directives to anticipate and respond to customer needs effectively. Possess in-depth knowledge of the company’s portfolio of brands to facilitate suggestive selling and enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Visual Merchandising and Stock Management: Ensure the store adheres to visual merchandising standards at all times, creating an inviting and on-brand environment that drives sales. Monitor stock levels meticulously to prevent shortages or overstocking, and implement measures to minimize stock loss through accurate tracking and efficient inventory control.
• Security and Compliance: Maintain a vigilant approach to store security, ensuring all safety protocols are followed without exception. Address any security concerns promptly to safeguard assets, staff, and customers. Uphold the company’s ethical standards and compliance requirements in all operational activities.
• Physical Requirements: Demonstrate the stamina and physical fitness necessary to stand for extended periods and handle heavy lifting, ensuring seamless store operations during peak hours and busy seasons.
