In this full-time, on-site position based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions, manage user accounts, and assist in the deployment of new technologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to staff and guests, addressing hardware and software issues with efficiency and professionalism.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure secure and efficient system usage across the resort.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical challenges promptly.
• Support the deployment and integration of new software applications and digital tools to enhance operational workflows.
• Assist in the maintenance of IT documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and system logs.
• Monitor IT systems for performance and security threats, reporting any anomalies to the IT department.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on basic IT usage, ensuring they can leverage technology effectively.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of multimedia systems, including audio-visual equipment for guest experiences.
