As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to finalizing hires. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-End Recruitment Leadership: Oversee the complete recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
• Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies tailored to meet the evolving needs of our organization, ensuring we attract diverse and high-caliber talent.
• Collaborative Hiring Partnerships: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to deeply understand their staffing requirements, aligning recruitment efforts with business objectives.
• Candidate Engagement and Selection: Screen resumes, conduct thorough interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit to identify the best matches for our organization.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Maintain meticulous records of candidate interactions, recruitment activities, and hiring metrics. Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and update recruitment reports, dashboards, and trackers that monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), candidate pipelines, time-to-fill metrics, and overall recruitment performance on a daily and weekly basis.
• Performance Analytics: Leverage recruitment data to identify trends, optimize processes, and continuously improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A strong academic foundation in organizational behavior, talent management, or recruitment strategies is highly advantageous.
• Professional Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR function. Prior experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is a significant asset.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create dynamic reports, dashboards, and trackers to analyze recruitment metrics and performance.
• KPI Mastery: Experience in defining, tracking, and optimizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure recruitment success and drive continuous improvement.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport and fostering positive relationships.
