Dar Tantora, The House Hotel is more than an accommodation—it is an earth-built community that seamlessly integrates with AlUla’s rich heritage. Our property features a labyrinth of mud-brick streets, centuries-old architecture, and a majestic watchtower fort, all designed to transport guests into a living museum of Saudi Arabian history. Complementing this, our sister property, Cloud 7 Residence, offers a tranquil retreat just steps away from the vibrant Old Town, featuring 30 thoughtfully designed rooms, two fine dining and casual F&B outlets, a sophisticated cigar lounge, a rejuvenating spa, and an array of bespoke retail stores. Together, these spaces form a sustainable heritage eco-sanctuary, where innovation meets tradition, and every guest experience is curated to inspire and educate.

As a Restaurant Supervisor at Dar Tantora, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our dining venues, from the bustling street-side eateries to the refined F&B outlets. Your responsibilities will include overseeing kitchen and service teams, maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the cultural essence of AlUla. You will collaborate closely with our culinary team to develop menus that celebrate local ingredients, traditional techniques, and contemporary creativity, all while adhering to our commitment to sustainability and low-impact operations.
