Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Development: Lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within the cybersecurity services market, aligning with Mastercard’s long-term growth objectives. Develop and execute tailored business development strategies to expand our market presence and revenue streams.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, government entities, and enterprise clients. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique cybersecurity challenges and proposing innovative solutions that drive value.
• Solution Innovation & Proposal Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity experts, product managers, and solution architects, to design compelling service offerings that address evolving market demands. Lead the creation of high-impact proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new business engagements.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, threats, and opportunities in the cybersecurity landscape. Leverage insights to refine our go-to-market strategies and enhance our competitive positioning.
• Revenue Growth & Performance Tracking: Drive revenue growth by closing new business deals, expanding existing client accounts, and ensuring the successful delivery of cybersecurity services. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business development effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
• Thought Leadership & Industry Advocacy: Represent Mastercard as a thought leader in cybersecurity by participating in industry conferences, forums, and roundtable discussions. Contribute to thought leadership content, including whitepapers, blogs, and speaking engagements, to elevate our brand and influence in the market.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives. Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing to drive collective success.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, business development, or a related discipline, with at least 5 years in a leadership or consulting role. Proven track record in driving revenue growth and closing high-value deals in the cybersecurity or technology services sector is essential.
• Technical & Business Acumen: Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), and industry best practices. Familiarity with cybersecurity services such as risk assessment, threat intelligence, incident response, and compliance solutions is highly desirable. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling business value propositions.
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to engage stakeholders at all levels, from technical experts to executive decision-makers. Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
• Strategic Mindset & Problem-Solving: Analytical thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of identifying market gaps and developing innovative solutions. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Networking & Influence: Extensive professional network within the cybersecurity and technology sectors. Ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders to drive consensus and close deals.
