Key Responsibilities

• Medical Care and Treatment: Diagnose, evaluate, and treat students and staff for a wide range of medical conditions, ensuring accurate documentation of patient histories and maintaining strict confidentiality in all interactions.
• Health Education and Counseling: Deliver proactive health education sessions to students and staff, promoting wellness, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices to foster a thriving educational environment.
• Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with external medical institutions and health authorities within the education sector to facilitate seamless referrals, health screenings, and collaborative health initiatives.
• Project Participation: Actively contribute to health-related projects aimed at improving student and staff well-being, including wellness programs, vaccination drives, and emergency preparedness initiatives.
• Administrative Duties: Compile comprehensive reports, maintain accurate medical records, and analyze health statistics to support data-driven decision-making and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ethical and Regulatory Compliance: Uphold the Code of Medical Ethics, Ministry of Health (MOH) laws, and departmental procedures while delivering patient care that meets the highest standards, even within resource-constrained settings.
• Chronic Care Management: Monitor and follow up on patients with ongoing or chronic health conditions, ensuring continuity of care and timely interventions to prevent complications.
• Emergency Response: Demonstrate clinical proficiency in assessing patient complaints, conducting thorough investigations, and developing actionable care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating resilience and adaptability to meet the dynamic demands of a school environment, including extended hours during critical periods.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery from a recognized university or equivalent qualification.
• Valid licensure from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) to practice medicine in Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, with a strong foundation in primary care.
