Your Impact

In this strategic role, you will:

• Lead Talent Development Programs: Design, coordinate, and execute Assessment and Development Centers, ensuring tailored solutions that align with Almarai’s strategic objectives and foster long-term employee growth.
• Streamline Operational Excellence: Prepare and maintain accurate, data-driven insights, presentations, and reports to support seamless project execution and decision-making across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

To excel as our Talent Specialist, you will bring:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related discipline from a reputable institution, demonstrating a strong foundation in human behavior, organizational dynamics, or talent management.
• Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in talent management, assessment, or development roles, with a proven track record of designing and executing impactful programs.
