As an Electrical Site Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and supervising all aspects of electrical installations on-site, from conceptualization to final commissioning. Key Responsibilities:

• Quality and Compliance Assurance: Conduct rigorous inspections and testing of electrical materials, components, and systems before and during installation to verify their suitability for project requirements. Perform commissioning activities and ensure that all electrical systems meet operational and safety standards prior to project handover.
• Collaborative Coordination: Act as a liaison between consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to facilitate seamless communication, resolve technical challenges, and align all stakeholders toward project goals. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with other disciplines, ensuring cohesive project execution.
• Progress and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of daily and weekly progress, highlighting achievements, challenges, and corrective actions. Prepare comprehensive reports that provide transparency and support data-driven decision-making for project stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a strong academic foundation in electrical systems, power distribution, and low-current technologies.
• Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an Electrical Site Engineer in construction projects, demonstrating a proven track record in supervising electrical installations, testing, and commissioning. Experience in large-scale or high-complexity projects is a significant advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including power generation, transmission, distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems. Proficiency in interpreting electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications, as well as experience with AutoCAD and other CAD software. Familiarity with project management tools and software is highly desirable.
• Quality and Safety: A robust understanding of safety regulations, industry standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, or local Saudi standards), and quality control protocols. Commitment to maintaining a culture of safety and compliance on-site.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and coordination skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients.
