ADNOC Distribution KSA is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Generalist, Network Integration to join our dynamic team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

The Generalist, Network Integration will play a central role in coordinating all aspects of station integration, from project inception to handover. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Project Coordination: Oversee the integration of greenfield and brownfield service stations, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with landlords, contractors, consultants, and internal teams—including Engineering, HSE, Operations, Property, IT, and Business Development—to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve cross-functional challenges.
• Regulatory Compliance & Permitting: Manage due diligence processes, secure necessary permits, and ensure adherence to PAC (Pre-Activation Checklist), PSSR (Pre-Start Safety Review), HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), and operational compliance requirements.
• Infrastructure Integration: Coordinate the installation and integration of Fuel Automation Systems and operational infrastructure, ensuring seamless functionality upon station activation.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track project milestones, maintain accurate documentation, and prepare weekly progress reports. Proactively identify and escalate risks or issues to mitigate delays and ensure timely delivery.
• Site Management: Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, address operational challenges, and verify compliance with construction methodologies and technical specifications.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you will bring the following qualifications and experience:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years specifically in service station construction, retail fuel operations, or infrastructure projects.
• Technical Proficiency: A strong understanding of construction methodologies, project coordination, and site management principles. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation with precision.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with permitting processes, due diligence requirements, and operational readiness standards in the retail fuel sector.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities. A results-driven mindset with a commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Technical Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentation. A Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is considered a valuable asset.
