Key Responsibilities

• Consulting and Advisory:
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to execute advisory engagements across critical domains, including HR strategy, organizational culture, corporate strategy, and organizational transformation.
  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of insightful consulting solutions that address client challenges and drive tangible outcomes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for operational and strategic enhancements to optimize client efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Engage with internal consultants and external subject-matter experts to develop and deliver customized advisory services that align with client objectives.
• Internal Consulting:
  • Assess internal operational processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions to bridge gaps and enhance productivity.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional departments to support the seamless execution of strategic internal initiatives.
  • Assist in the ongoing development and refinement of KBS’ proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and thought leadership content, ensuring they remain cutting-edge and relevant.

Candidate Requirements

To excel in this role, you must meet the following eligibility and qualification criteria:

• Eligibility:
  • Must be registered on the Taqat platform and fulfill all criteria outlined under the Tamheer program.
• Education and Skills:
  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, to support the development of presentations and reports.
