As a Steward in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the pristine standards of our airport lounges. Your responsibilities will focus on upholding the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and operational excellence in our kitchen and back-of-house areas. Key Responsibilities:

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Ensure immaculate cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery, and utensils, adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
• Maintain a spotless and organized kitchen environment, including storage rooms and workstations, to support seamless operations.
• Properly segregate and dispose of waste in compliance with local health and safety regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Operate cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment with precision and safety, minimizing environmental impact while maximizing efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to uphold operational standards and address any challenges proactively.
• Fully comply with all applicable health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for guests.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by senior stewards or supervisors, demonstrating adaptability and reliability.

What We Look For:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated individual with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in stewarding, kitchen cleaning, or hospitality operations. While not mandatory, a diploma or vocational certificate in Hospitality or Stewarding is a significant advantage.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency—critical for maintaining our premium standards.
• Independence and Resilience: The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks with precision under pressure.
• Team Player: A collaborative spirit, with a strong sense of responsibility and a willingness to support colleagues and guests alike.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential. Fluency in Arabic is a plus but not required.
• Health Compliance: A valid health certificate, as mandated by Saudi regulations, is mandatory for this role.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work shift duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure continuous service excellence.
