Key Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, your expertise will be instrumental in:
- Comprehensive Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough evaluations, document findings meticulously, and design individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Your ability to synthesize clinical data will ensure optimal diagnostic accuracy and therapeutic interventions.
- Patient Education and Empowerment: Act as a trusted advisor by educating patients on their orthopedic conditions, required investigations, treatment modalities, and medication regimens. Foster proactive health management by guiding patients on preventive measures, lifestyle adjustments, and hygiene practices to mitigate future complications.
- Clinical Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, physiotherapists, and administrative staff, to deliver cohesive and patient-focused care. - Continuous Professional Development: Lead and participate in educational programs, including rounds, conferences, and journal clubs, to advance your expertise and mentor junior staff. Qualifications and Requirements

- Experience: Demonstrate 2 years of clinical experience post-Master’s degree or eligibility to sit the board examination in your specialty. Your background should reflect a commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
- Licensure: Possess a valid SCFHS license as a Registrar in Orthopedic Surgery, ensuring compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations.
