As a **Team Manager**, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing poultry processing workflows, ensuring seamless alignment with internal and external customer demands, and maintaining unwavering adherence to international quality and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Mentor: Direct a self-sufficient, multi-functional team to achieve operational excellence, focusing on productivity, quality, and safety. Develop and nurture talent through targeted training programs to enhance skill sets and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
• Quality and Compliance Assurance: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of international standards, including ISO 9001 and HACCP, ensuring full compliance with food safety regulations and industry best practices. Monitor production processes to eliminate non-conformances and reduce operational losses.
• Process Optimization: Analyze workflows and propose strategic modifications to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service levels. Leverage expertise in automated production control systems to streamline operations and drive innovation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with production, maintenance, and management teams to align targets, resolve challenges, and ensure seamless coordination across departments. Bridge gaps between multicultural teams to foster unity and shared goals.
• Safety and Risk Management: Champion a culture of workplace safety by implementing robust protocols, conducting regular audits, and minimizing accidents. Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards at all times.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to long-term operational strategies by setting clear performance metrics, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and aligning team objectives with broader business goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Poultry Processing, Food Technology, or a related discipline. Certifications in Supervisory Management, Internal Auditing, HACCP, GMP, or ISO 22000 are highly preferred.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in managing poultry or food processing operations within a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Hands-on knowledge of ISO 9001 and HACCP implementation, along with proficiency in automated production systems.
• Leadership and Team Development: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, multinational teams, resolve conflicts, and inspire high performance. Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to train and develop employees across cultural backgrounds.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving: Sharp analytical mindset with a track record of identifying inefficiencies, proposing data-driven solutions, and driving operational improvements.
• Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
