Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment where team members feel motivated to excel.
• Sales and KPI Management: Drive sales performance by setting clear goals, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to exceed targets. Ensure the store operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Visual Merchandising and Store Presentation: Execute visual merchandising directives to create an inviting and visually appealing store layout. Regularly refresh displays to align with seasonal promotions and brand standards, ensuring the store remains a welcoming wonderland for customers.
• Stock Management: Oversee inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing products. Minimize loss through accurate stock handling and proactive loss prevention measures, ensuring optimal product availability for customers.
• Customer Experience: Cultivate a customer-first culture by ensuring every interaction is positive, engaging, and memorable. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to build long-term loyalty.
• Operational Excellence: Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies. Develop and maintain efficient rosters to ensure adequate staffing during peak trading periods.
• Safety and Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of workplace safety and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for both customers and team members.
