As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to create detailed 3D models that enhance project efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize resource allocation. In this role, you will:

• Develop and manage comprehensive BIM models for MEP systems using industry-leading software such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, or Navisworks, ensuring adherence to international standards and project-specific requirements.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, structural engineers, and contractors, to align MEP designs with overall project goals and deliverables.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination to identify and resolve conflicts in 3D models, minimizing delays and ensuring constructability.
• Generate accurate documentation, including shop drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and construction documentation, to support seamless project execution.
• Implement BIM workflows and best practices to enhance collaboration, reduce rework, and improve project outcomes.
• Stay abreast of emerging BIM technologies and industry trends to continuously improve processes and deliver innovative solutions.
• Support sustainability initiatives by integrating energy-efficient MEP designs and leveraging BIM for lifecycle analysis and cost optimization.
