Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day impact will be far-reaching, encompassing:

• Financial Transaction Management: Process critical financial transactions, including payables, payroll, travel advances, and vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with global financial standards.
• Strategic Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly expense forecasts, budget reports with variance analysis, and bank reconciliations—providing actionable insights to drive financial decision-making.
• Vendor and Procurement Oversight: Monitor purchase orders and manage vendor open items through administrative systems, maintaining transparency and efficiency in procurement workflows.
• Internal Controls and Compliance: Implement and maintain robust internal controls over corporate cards, asset inventory, and compliance matters, mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks.
• Business Advisory and Process Improvement: Offer financial and administrative guidance to Country Managers and office staff, while leading initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and align processes with global best practices.
• Audit and Documentation Support: Assist in audit responses, documentation filing, and process improvement projects, ensuring seamless compliance and continuous enhancement of financial systems.

What You Bring to the Table

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related discipline, complemented by at least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficient working knowledge of budgeting and finance systems, with a particular emphasis on SAP or similar enterprise resource planning tools.
• Data management and process analysis skills to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
• Strong collaboration and project management abilities to thrive in a dynamic, multilateral environment.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral, to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to Have

While not mandatory, the following will further enhance your candidacy:

• Experience with advanced financial tools such as Power BI, BW/AO, or BPC systems.
• Business analysis and critical thinking capabilities to tackle complex financial challenges.
