This is a build-and-run opportunity for a seasoned HR leader who can architect robust HR frameworks while ensuring seamless execution. Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, you will serve as the linchpin between organizational strategy and day-to-day HR operations—bridging the gap between leadership decisions and operational precision. Your influence will extend from talent acquisition and performance optimization to regulatory compliance and payroll governance, ensuring every process aligns with KIH’s ambitious growth trajectory.

Your Strategic Imperatives

Your role demands a dual focus: driving organizational excellence and operationalizing HR with unmatched precision. Here’s what you’ll own:

• Organizational Development & Leadership Advisory
  - Redesign and implement scalable organizational structures, ensuring alignment with KIH’s evolving business priorities.
  - Architect and execute performance management frameworks, including promotion cycles and annual reviews, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
  - Develop data-driven workforce and manpower plans that anticipate future needs and support strategic initiatives.
  - Serve as a trusted advisor to the CAO and executive leadership, offering insights on organizational design, capability gaps, and succession planning.
  - Cultivate a high-performance culture through engagement initiatives, leadership development, and collaborative ways of working.
• End-to-End HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
  - Oversee the entire employee journey—from recruitment and onboarding to transfers, offboarding, and separation, ensuring seamless transitions.
  - Manage grade, salary, and benefits frameworks within approved policies, balancing competitiveness with fiscal responsibility.
  - Maintain payroll governance, verifying accuracy and compliance for every transaction.
  - Resolve employee relations and grievances with impartiality, discretion, and adherence to due process, safeguarding both employee rights and organizational integrity.
• HR Governance, Compliance & Technology Leadership
  - Ensure HR policies, records, and procedures meet audit-ready standards, mitigating risks and ensuring transparency.
  - Act as the single source of truth for HR data within MenaITech, driving full utilization and system optimization.
  - Navigate KSA Labor Law compliance and government platform requirements (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, HRSD), including Saudization planning and Nitaqat positioning.
  - Collaborate with external partners, including recruitment agencies, insurers, and HR service providers, to enhance operational efficiency.
• Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
  - Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, setting gold standards for service, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  - Foster strong relationships with business leaders, employees, and external partners to drive alignment and operational success.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a Saudi national with a proven track record in HR leadership, equipped to:

• Qualifications & Experience
  - Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  - Boast 8 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, including management of an HR team.
  - Demonstrate expertise in organizational development, including structures, grading, and performance frameworks—this is non-negotiable.
  - Possess a deep understanding of KSA Labor Law and government platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad), with hands-on experience in compliance.
  - Have proficient HRIS skills, with a strong advantage for MenaITech experience.
  - Hold a professional certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) as a plus.
  - Be fluent in both English and Arabic.
