In this dynamic role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of our HIS, ensuring that every component—from core modules like **ADT, Billing, Pharmacy, and Orders** to complex clinical workflows—operates at peak efficiency. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining system reliability, optimizing user experiences, and driving continuous enhancements that elevate the quality of healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead System Administration and Optimization: Oversee the administration, support, and continuous improvement of **InterSystems TrakCare**, ensuring high availability, performance, and user satisfaction across critical modules. Align system functionalities with evolving clinical and administrative needs to drive operational excellence.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison with **InterSystems** and external vendors to resolve technical issues, manage system enhancements, and ensure smooth service delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance system reliability and efficiency.
• Incident and SLA Management: Monitor and manage daily HIS operations, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and strict adherence to **Service Level Agreements (SLAs)**. Implement proactive measures to minimize downtime and maximize system uptime.
• User and Workflow Management: Oversee user role configurations, system permissions, and workflow updates to support operational needs. Ensure that system changes are aligned with clinical workflows and user requirements.
• System Integrations: Manage and support integrations between **TrakCare** and external systems, including **LIS (Laboratory Information Systems), RIS (Radiology Information Systems), PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems), ERP, and NPHIES (National Primary Healthcare Information Exchange System)**. Ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability across platforms.
• Interface and Data Exchange Support: Monitor and support interfaces using **HL7, FHIR, and APIs**, guaranteeing secure, accurate, and efficient data transmission between systems. Validate data integrity and compliance with healthcare standards.
• SDLC and Change Management: Participate in the **Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)** for **TrakCare** enhancements, upgrades, and patches. Ensure rigorous testing, documentation, and change management processes are followed for all system modifications.
• Workflow and Automation Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance **TrakCare** usage across clinical and administrative functions. Identify opportunities for workflow automation, efficiency improvements, and system enhancements to streamline operations.
• Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure full compliance with healthcare standards, **NPHIES** requirements, and relevant regulatory frameworks. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory changes.
