As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for steering the financial backbone of our company, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with both internal objectives and external regulatory standards. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of financial transparency, analytical rigor, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Operations: Direct all daily accounting activities and oversee a high-performing accounting team, ensuring seamless execution of financial processes and adherence to industry best practices.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements, periodic reports, and regulatory disclosures in strict compliance with local and international standards, including Zakat and tax regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
• Tax & Regulatory Expertise: Supervise Zakat and tax processes, ensuring full compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations while minimizing liabilities and maximizing financial efficiency.
• Financial Controls & Reconciliations: Perform and oversee bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and other critical account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity and mitigate risks.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and controls to streamline operations, reduce errors, and improve financial reporting timelines.
• Advanced Financial Analysis: Design and analyze sophisticated financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide actionable insights for senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with operations, procurement, and other departments to align financial strategies with business goals, ensuring alignment between financial planning and operational execution.
• Auditor Coordination: Facilitate external audit engagements by ensuring timely preparation of financial data, documentation, and compliance evidence.

Qualifications & Requirements

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in accounting leadership, particularly within the construction sector. Your expertise will be the cornerstone of our financial strategy, so we require:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience: 10–15 years of progressive experience in accounting management, with a strong preference for candidates who have held leadership roles in the residential construction or real estate industries.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in managing full-cycle accounting operations, including experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance). Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data modeling, pivot tables, and dashboard creation.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Zakat, tax laws, and financial regulations in Saudi Arabia, with a commitment to maintaining ongoing compliance.
• Certifications: A recognized professional certification such as SOCPA (Society of Certified Public Accountants) or equivalent is mandatory.
• Analytical & Leadership Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong decision-making skills. Proven leadership experience in managing and developing accounting teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Communication: Fluent command of English (both written and spoken) to effectively engage with stakeholders, senior management, and external partners.
