About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Investors Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our organization and its investors, shareholders, and financial analysts. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Analysis and Reporting: Conduct comprehensive analysis of our operations, trading performance, financial results, reporting mechanisms, and sustainability initiatives to provide actionable insights. Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual earnings releases, investor presentations, and other materials that effectively communicate our strategic narrative and investment proposition to stakeholders.
• Financial and Market Insights: Perform in-depth analysis of financial data, market trends, and competitor performance to generate valuable insights and strategic recommendations for senior management. This includes identifying opportunities and risks that could impact investor confidence and shareholder value.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Organize and support high-impact investor meetings, conference calls, and events to facilitate meaningful dialogue with investors and financial analysts. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships that enhance our reputation and credibility in the market.
• Communication and Compliance: Respond to investor inquiries and requests for information with professionalism and timeliness, ensuring all communications are accurate, consistent, and compliant with regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with internal teams—including finance, legal, and communications—to align messaging and uphold transparency across all investor interactions.
• Regulatory and Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of evolving industry regulations, disclosure requirements, and best practices in investor relations to ensure our strategies and communications meet the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics from a recognized institution.
• Professional Experience: Proven experience as an Investor Relations Manager within a publicly listed company, with a track record of successfully managing stakeholder relationships and delivering strategic insights.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) requirements and other relevant regulatory frameworks to ensure full compliance in all investor communications.
• Strategic Finance Exposure: Prior exposure to strategic finance roles, including financial modeling, valuation, and corporate strategy, is highly desirable.
• Communication Proficiency: Exceptional financial communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences. A unique combination of analytical rigor and persuasive communication is essential.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages across written and verbal platforms.
