Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Maintain and Record Financial Transactions: Ensure meticulous daily recording of financial transactions to reflect the true financial position of the company.
• Prepare Financial Reports and Reconciliations: Generate accurate bank reconciliations and periodic financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, to support informed decision-making.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable: Oversee the accounts receivable and payable processes, including issuing invoices, tracking collections, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
• Support Financial Closings: Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes, ensuring all financial statements are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Ensure Compliance and Policy Adherence: Uphold strict adherence to company financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, including VAT regulations and Saudi accounting practices.
• Support Budgeting and Financial Analysis: Collaborate with management to monitor expenses, analyze financial performance, and contribute to budgeting initiatives that drive organizational growth.
• Coordinate Across Departments: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless financial documentation, communication, and alignment with business objectives.
• Assist with Audits and Reporting: Provide support during internal and external audits, ensuring all statutory reporting requirements are met with precision and professionalism.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, with a preference for candidates who have worked in Real Estate Development or Facilities Management.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Odoo ERP is highly desirable, along with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Accounting Knowledge: A solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes, with familiarity of VAT regulations and Saudi accounting practices being a significant advantage.
• Organizational and Analytical Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
