Role Overview

Naphora Games Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven UA Manager to lead our user acquisition strategies in the Saudi Arabian market. Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive user acquisition strategies across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, display networks, and influencer partnerships. Continuously analyze performance data to refine targeting, bidding strategies, and creative assets for optimal results.
• Budget Management: Oversee and allocate budgets efficiently across campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining cost-effective acquisition costs. Monitor spend trends, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions to optimize budget utilization.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to enhance campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, audience behaviors, and competitive landscapes. Leverage insights to tailor acquisition strategies that resonate with local preferences and cultural nuances in the Saudi Arabian market.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams, product managers, and data analysts to align user acquisition efforts with product development and marketing initiatives. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign execution.
• Technology & Tools Proficiency: Utilize advanced UA tools and platforms, such as MMPs (Mobile Measurement Partners), DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms), and analytics software, to streamline campaign management and enhance decision-making processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving scalable growth in the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in UA tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other performance marketing platforms. Experience with MMPs like AppsFlyer or Adjust is highly desirable.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
• Cultural Awareness: Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, including consumer behavior, cultural preferences, and local advertising regulations. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
